There is no refund once funds are added to your account via EPS or OxaPay. All top-ups are generally final and non-refundable.
However, in case of technical issues, service failure, or problems caused by our platform, users may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed at our discretion.
Referral system: commission is credited after 3 days only if the referred user purchases a project.
